I Was Attacked! D8About the exhibition (I title it lyk this in case yew would prefer not reading, it‘s quite long. Lawl):
I didn’t win anything. This girl named Emily S-- won students’ choice by lyk a landslide in the 2-D catagory. I didn’t lyk the juror. She cared moar about saying what she did for a living (lyk 2/3 of her speech) then talking about the exhibition/ art she elected as winners. I did, however got 12 votes out of the lyk. 5O students that went. LAWL. *helped count. xDD
Well it was kinda a waste really. The main reasons why I went was to get critiques, hangout with a friend that I almost never see, and ask some of the artists about their “tactics” or whatever. I didn’t get any critiques just cheerful comments on how much they lyk’d it, which I guess wasn‘t so bad. Lawl. The person I wanted to be with the whole time didn’t even go on the trip so I was all alone and quiet the whole time/ got lost at the food court with a bag of candy I bought <- They went and looked for me. It was kinda hilarious in an embarrassing kinda way. My sense of direction = What!? Where the heyl am I? D: --later found out from another friend that her sister said she moved to a different school. That was probably the most disappointing thing of the day. ;-; AND. I didn’t really know who was who so my plan of asking people was “epic fail.” Lawl. I did get asked a couple questions on how I drew stuff. C: My reply was short and without detail. XD I’ll try and take a picture of it and submit it so you guize can see; which I still need to do so for the Insomniac poster (I finished it lyk last year and forgot about it until nao).
ALSO.
Decided to retry the 1OO themes challenge since I kinda gave up last time. 'Retry' wouldn’t really be the word since I didn’t even try at all. Lawl. I’m jumping around on 3 themes right now. Cx
ANDAND.
I found out today that cats don’t lick themselves to get clean, BUT to regulate their body temperature. Apparently the salvia evaporates on their skin causing a cooling effect; like sweat, only they don’t have sweat glands. Yes. Lawl. 8D
